Led a full audit of categorization, expense data quality, and master data before redesigning any process. Building a redesigned chart of accounts, streamlined expense reimbursement workflows, documented standard operating procedures, and a board-level dashboard. Recommended path combined immediate pricing action with a phased manufacturing shift. Preserved margin while deferring capital commitment until demand signals confirmed the investment case.

Cross-System Data Decoupling, SaaS CompanyService areas: Data governance, system reconciliation, validation controlsLed a multi-quarter data decoupling initiative across financial and operational source systems at a publicly traded SaaS company. Designed validation controls to catch discrepancies between systems before they reached executive reporting. Reduced reconciliation time at month-end and improved the reliability of cross-functional reporting.
